St. Luke’s and eVantageHealth take your health information privacy and security very seriously. We have implemented an identity check system to ensure that only you have access to your medical information.

When creating an account for yourself online through the eVantageHealth patient portal you will be required to validate your identity. This identity checking system will ask unique questions related to your history, such as past residences, employment, and credit data. You must answer a percentage of questions correctly to gain access.

St. Luke’s and eVantageHealth do not store, share or have access to the answers you provide in any way.
